breakfast was amazing, so many choices. Check in was quick and easy at 1am and after an agonising arrival into customs (2 hours) we were really looking forward to having a shower and relaxing. It really is so convenient we will definitely be using it again in the future

Stayed here over night for a connection out the next morning. Good hotel in a prime position for connecting flights. The room was clean and the staff were good. Would recommend staying here if you have to get a connection flight.

This was the perfect place to land after a 12 hour travel day with three children. It is an easy walk from the arrivals area at the airport. We all slept well and enjoyed a great breakfast (excellent & varied selection, the kids loved it!) and a swim before being picked up mid-morning to start our adventures in Bali. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is within walking distance to international airport, very convenient for early flight. Food court and airport shopping are close by. Room is comfortable for short stay.

If you have a layover, can recommend! Decided to stay at Novotel due to a layover of 12 hours at DPS airport. Hotel exceeded our expectations. It is only a small walk from DPS airport (we arrived at the Domestic terminal). We were able to walk with the airport luggage trolley straight the lobby and straight into the room. Check-in was easy, we were greeted with friendly staff and a welcoming snack / drink was brought to our rooms. Rooms were bigger than we thought and very clean. The room came with access to the premiere lounge where you can relax / drink a coffee / have a snack and have a view airplanes taking off at the airport. The swimming pool was nice to use for relaxation. Dinner was great. Good quality and good portion. Upon check-out we were able to walk within 5 min to the international terminal for our departure. All in all great experience.
